Are you trying to gain or lose weight, feel good in your own skin and improve your overall knowledge on how to diet and train effectively? I will write you a meal plan and or training program tailored to your needs and mentor you along the way. You don't need to be in the gym more than 2-4 times per week, you don't need to cut out all of your favourite foods either. It's all about balance and finding the right alternatives to replace the foods you already enjoy, I will write you a meal plan and training program that takes your lifestyle into account.
We will set goals and realistic expectations on what is achievable and I will answer your questions via text and check-ins over zoom. I want to make this easy and fun for you as a "diet" should be!
Pricing: - Meal Plan: $200.00 - Training Plan: $100.00 - 1 on 1 meeting via Zoom: $100.00 for 1 session - If you purchase a meal plan the first session is free - If you purchase both meal and training plan price will be $200.00 for both - Prices not negotiable
