If by chance you remember Reflections of The Past Antiques from Inglewood/Ramsay, then you have found us again. We still have Calgary's only vintage lighting boutique, as well as offer the best metal restoration, repair, and refurbishing of all metals. For your consideration, is this mode set that was apparently a wedding gift in 1919. It was originally a five piece set as there was a soap dish as well. Of all four pieces, there is one tiny little chip on the rim of the pitcher. Not too bad at all for 104 years old. There is a toothbrush holder, a cup, a bowl, and a pitcher with this set, and it was trimmed around the rim of the pitcher, as well as the wash bowl, with 24 karat gold. It is unusual to find that many pieces in a set considering its age. This wonderful porcelain set was put out by Taylor Smith and Taylor who started pany in 1909 selling fabulous porcelain pieces.
Vintage lighting is actually my specialty, but I also have other cool collectibles as well. So do take a peek before leaving, just in case you find something that you didn't even know you needed.
