These bungalows were a very important part of Port Elgin’s 20th Century history. Originally, they were seasonal rentals that were a popular summer destination of families from far and wide looking for a summer vacation and the inviting Lake Huron beaches. Recently, they were structurally reinforced, totally renovated & winterized to bring a new pride to the area. The outside design is in the Cape Cod style. On the inside of a few bungalows, we were able to retain some of the rustic charm of days gone by. Each unit offers a reasonably-priced ownership opportunity. Bungalow ownership entitles one vote in the Association. The Association is responsible to uphold the rules of the Association and revise, from time to time, as deemed necessary by the individual members. The Association rules cover how these bungalow units will be managed. There will be a quarterly maintenance fee, determined & revised by the owners at the annual meeting of the Association. This fee will cover the cost of, lawn mowing, driveway/laneway snow=plowing, driveway/fence maintenance, basic cable, internet building and liability insurance and municipal property taxes plus municipal water and gas.
