Amazing Cottage at Lake Erie Private Resort & Private Beaches

Looking for a quick and fun break with no travel-related hassles? Sherkston Shores Resort and cottages check all boxes. Surrounded by greenery and under perfect blue skies, this 2 Bedroom newly renovated, cottage is located in a tree-lined cul-de-sac at the Evergreen Village. Has a brand new 12'x40' deck! A 5-minute walk to all amenities - the main entertainment centre, Funplex, Boston Pizza, laundromat, Tennis and basketball courts, Swimming Pools, water park, skate park, soccer fields, Supermarket, etc. Only 8 min. walk to the Quarry. Beaches are a short golf cart ride away. Sleeps 6 people (Including children) Master BR has a queen size bed, 2nd BR bedrooms has a double bed that sleeps 2 people, bunk bed for 2 people. Living room has a sofa set. TV included and private WiFi included, has a brand new central A/C. Large deck, deck table, chairs and a picnic table/ bench, Fire-pit and 2 parking spots. The trailer is located in a quiet part of the Evergreen Village and very close to all amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and gas stove, ample utensils, cookware, crockery, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, table top BBQ, rice cooker, etc. Availability: , Peak Season (June 17 - Sep 6): Mon-Fri :$1150 Fri- Mon: $ 1150 or for 1 week: $2200 . Mon/Fri check-in/check-out only. For Long weekend holiday add $250/- more. A Resort mandatory fee of $10 per person (6 years and older) is not included and will be charged at the time of booking. This fee is for entry to the resort, Funplex and water park. Photo ID required and renters who are not family must be 25 years or older. New Resort rules do not permit visitors. There is a small cleaning fee extra. Strictly No Smoking in/on the trailer and deck. WiFi included. No pets. Cart rentals available at resort. Please bring your own linen, sheets for sofa, blankets, pillow cases, towels, paper products, toiletries, propane tanks for BBQ and firewood for fire-pit. Pillows only are provided. Entertainment: For all info related to amenities, services, rules and entertainment available, please see the resort website: Payment: Security Deposit of $400 and full payment due at booking time if reservations are made within 4 weeks of booking time. For others, Security deposit must be made at time of booking and full payment before 3 weeks. Cancellations made atleast 4 weeks prior to check-in date will get full refund of deposit and booking amount, cancellations made 4-3 weeks prior to check-in 50% of deposit will be taken as cancellation fee, cancellations between 3-2 weeks prior to check-in will forfeit the full security deposit. Cancellations between 2-1 week will forfeit full security deposit plus $400, cancellation made 7-4 days will forfeit the security deposit plus $500 and cancellation made between 3-0 days will lose entire amount of booking except security deposit. Security Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out provided inspection of the cabin reveals no damages have been done. Cabin should be left in an As-Found condition. Garbage must be removed from premises to a bin 5-min walk away. No Cleaning fee charged but Cottage shall be left clean for the next guest. Check-in: 2 pm Check-out: 10 am. Please contact via email.
