Up for sale is a BRAND NEW Allen Eden Strat body. I ordered this body directly from Allen Eden Guitars () in the U.S. in June of 2022 and had plans to make a new Strat build but ended up buying another body so I've decided to sell this one.
Product description from Allen Eden Guitars: "Made from genuine American alder, this relic style body is based off 1962 specs. The paint finish on our relic style bodies is nitro with a thin satin polyurethane seal to protect the alder wood. Neck mounting holes, tremolo claw holes (on tremolo bodies), and wiring channels are pre-drilled for easy assembly."
Specifications: - Body Wood: American Alder - "Antique White" paint finish - Weight: Approximately 5 pounds - Paint Finish: Nitrocellulose (wood has a protective poly coat underneath the paint) - Scale Length: 25.5" - Body Thickness: 45mm - Tremolo Route: 2-1/8 (import spacing) - Neck Pocket Size (mm): 55mm x 20mm x 75mm - Neck Mounting Hole Dimension: standard 51mm x 38mm - Neck mounting holes and wire path are pre-drilled.
This body is brand new and has never had anything installed on it. Note that the bridge, pickguard and tremolo screw holes are not pre-drilled so you can customize the body to the parts you are using for your build.
I paid over $350 for this body after U.S. to Canadian funds exchange, shipping and customs.
I can meet up at almost any TTC station or it's available for pickup in the lobby of my condo near Bloor and Islington. Thanks for looking!
