INSULATION: -Fully insulated with 2-1/8” rigid foam. -R10 value. -DuroSpan GPS Insulation. -Water Vapour Permeance maximum. -Detailed craftsmanship. Every wall rib perfectly cut out for maximum insulation. Tuck tape used over every seam. -Includes floor, nose, ceiling, back wall, and all side walls. Exception is the man side door. This is intention to increase airflow around door frame (reducing/eliminating frost build up). -Back wall insulation panels (2 pieces) fit snuggly and can be easily removed and reinstalled without tools or other materials. Reinforced with layers of blue tuck tape to enhance panel durability.

ICE FISHING HOLES: -Two 12” Catch Cover holes. -Also has Catch Cover grates to stop anything from falling into holes (ie. cell phones) (X2). -Extension tubes (brand Catch Cover) to go down the holes to touch the ice and for black out (X2). -Rattler fishing rod that attaches to the grate (brand Catch Cover). Can also be mounted to wall (X1). -These holes are covered by regular flooring and insulation to blend with the rest of the floor. Stable. Able to walk on. -Flooring hatches have flush marine latch.

HEATER: -5KW Diesel Air Heater, 12V. -Very efficient. Will easily run for over 8 hours on one little tank on high setting. -Fully heats interior of trailer, even on really cold days. -Takes low voltage to operate. -Exhaust exits to outside of trailer. -Fresh air intake under trailer from outside. -Controlled by panel on heater itself and also from a remote control. -Comes with long hose attachment to focus heat direction (not in photos).

FLOORING: -Top layer is high quality Boden plank. -Zimpleclick, colour Vahalla Barnwood, water resistance, 0.4mm, Unipush, matt finish. -Under this is original wood plywood flooring + rigid foam insulation + top plywood (with waterproof sealant). -Sturdy flooring.

SIDE WINDOW: -Professionally installed by Keddie’s Trailers. -Slides open to a screen. -Has fitted 2” foam insert for added insulation and black-out option. Easily removed.

ELECTRICAL: -12V large deep cycle battery (Delcor GR 31 31DCMF). -Stored indoors during winter when not in use. -Connected to 8 switch rocker panel (with Fuse DC 12/24V). Two of these switches are currently being used (heater and lights). Also had USB ports and cigarette lighter port. -Easy to use kill switch to turn off lights to rocker panel and for added safety. -Easily accessible with front wood panel opening with latches.

INTERIOR LIGHTS: -Two dimmable LED lights in ceiling (ShinePick 700LM RV Ceiling Dome Lights). -Has 3 shade options. -In addition to the two original dome lights (connected to original and separate trailer electrical system).

SPARE TIRE: -Original, full size tire. -Located securely in front partment. -Easy to access.

FUTON: -Frame with mattress. -Cleo Black Metal Arm Full Size Frame with 6" Thermobonded High Density Polyester Fill Mattress. -Only used by one person for the 3 trips. Purchased solely for this trailer. -Can be moved around and/or removed from trailer. -Comes with new sheet. -Floor protectors on bottom.

TABLE/RELAX BENCH: -76”x 26” (6’4 x 2’2). -Sturdy construction. Can support substantial weight. -Folds up and is very secure against the wall while traveling. -Only sticks out from wall 1.5”.

OTHER NOTES: -Comes with everything in photos. -Fire extinguisher (purchased in Dec 2022). -Carbon monoxide and smoke detector (with batteries and extra batteries). -Currently no GPS tracking in trailer (no sold with trailer). Stickers remain but are removable. -Bug net to go over futon. Removable. -Coat hanger. -Canoe sling. This trailer hauled our 16 foot canoe. Removable with two clips. -Floor below planks and ramp was sealed with waterproof sealant. Tried and tested. Everything works great. Sad to see this go but we never had the intention of keeping.
