This is a surplus wheelchair which was used aboard passenger aircraft, the chair has been privately purchased and overall only had a handful of uses, it is in a like new condition. No damage whatsoever, only minimal signs of wear in some areas (scuffs etc'). The cushions and straps are excellent. This type of chair is usually priced from $2200USD and up.
