Aircraft Hangar sites for lease at Drayton Valley, Alberta.

Aircraft hangar sites have just now e available at the Drayton Valley Airport. There are 17 sites and, at present, 9 are still available for lease (sites J1, J3 - J10) through the Town of Drayton Valley at under $450 per year. Yes, you heard right ... per year. The sites are 25 meters wide by 15 meters deep. If you need a larger site for a bigger hangar, you can lease more adjoining sites. The taxiway is grass to the paved apron. We are working on providing electricity to each site. You are responsible for more than 30 amps and any other services such as sewer, water and gas. New construction only. Hangars built here can only be used for aircraft or aircraft related work, sorry, you cannot build a hangar and use it for boats, cars, RVs and the like. We e aviation businesses to set up shop.
