I've been teaching guitar for 30 years. I have a bachelor and masters in classical guitar performance position from the University of Ottawa. I have performed all over Europe and Canada as a classical and jazz guitarist. As a classical guitarist I have studied with Patrick Roux, William Kanengiser (from Los Angeles Guitar Quartet), Leo Brouwer, Fabio Zanon, Sergio and Odair Assad and many others. I also perform in several gypsy jazz groups around Ottawa and can teach you about the style of Django Reinhardt. I also used to play in several heavy metal groups and can also help you with that style. I've toured around Canada with the tango nuevo group "Norteno" and was a semi-finalist in the "voix et guitares du monde" competition in Montelimar, France.
I’pleted a bachelor in education and have been teaching music in primary school for over 10 years now and can teach guitarists of all abilities from beginner to advanced and will fit my lessons to any learning style. I have close to 100 videos on youtube, 20 of which are free lessons ranging from theory to technique.

I can teach you about fingerboard theory, improvisation, technique, ear-training, interpretation etc... My approach has evolved to give immediate results to all of my students regardless of ability and e about from over 20 years of teaching guitar and music to beginners and professionals alike.
