Our kittens are TICA registered purebreds. What is TICA? We often get asked why TICA registered kittens are more expensive and what it means. TICA stands for The International Cat Association. Purebred cats are only purebred IF they are registered with TICA by a Registered Breeder with breeding rights obtained for both parents. Otherwise what you are getting should be considered as mixed breed of some kind that may be only part Ragdoll. Even if an ad says Purebred, Pure, Pure Bred, kitten is NOT Purebred unless 1. Comes from a REGISTERED BREEDER, and 2. BOTH parents are TICA registered purebreds with breeding rights, or else the kitten cannot be registered and is not a purebred.
