That's a fair number of hours on it so have reduced the price accordingly and the only reason I list it as "fair condition"

Selling for a client mission as I'm more tech-savvy than they are so I make sure it's in good working order, fully updated and so on. It is an older PC so I can't guarantee how much more life it has left but, at the moment, it's in good shape. Because of that, I am selling it AS IS.
