Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enter invoices into the Sage 300 accounting system * Organize and prioritize invoices to pay * Issue and send payments (cheques/EFT/Wire) * Verify and reconcile supplier statements * Communicate with suppliers to follow up on problematic invoices * Maintain up-to-date information on our suppliers * Perform any other tasks related to the position QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE * DEC or equivalent work experience in accounting. * Minimum of 5 years work experience in Accounts Payable. * Computer skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Sage 300 experience an asset. * Ability munciate in both English and French (written and verbal) * Organizational skills, multi-task and ability to meet deadlines.
