52” Sony Bravia TV, flicker needs repair

Sony Bravia TV W-Series KDL-52W4100 LCD HDTV 1920 1080p Flat Panel Has a flicker in the bottom quarter (see pics). Purchased this for $3000 or so, and this was our main TV for a few years but we upgraded. When I decided to sell, rechecked it and noticed this flicker. A quick google shows this is fixed by opening it up and reseating the internal wires, or you can use for parts. es with remote and base, can also be wall-mounted. Pickup & cash only, 5min from yonge/401 intersection.
