Despite it being an urgent issue, I was told I'd have to wait a few weeks for any help. I then phoned Protech Heating. Darcy (owner/technician) did some troubleshooting over the phone, and after realizing it wasn't something I could fix myself, he was able e later the same day. He was quick to determine the problem, managed to fix the issue quickly and even gave some general maintenance tips. Rates were good for a weekend call and the fact the service pleted the same day. Darcy is a great guy, who is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be calling him again for any furnace issues. I highly mend calling Protech for your heating/cooling needs!!! Furnace stopped running on a -17 degree day - every home owner's nightmare! I called Protech, got voicemail. I then went to call someone else but Darcy called back right away. Less than 2 hours later, I had a working furnace. Darcy explained the issue and how he worked around it, and was super friendly all the while. I'll definitely contact Protech again for future needs, and highly mend Darcy to anyone looking for a professional heating and cooling guy!
