"This magnet fastening shirt features easier dressing for those with lowered hand dexterity when paralysis is an issue caused by arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's, Neuropathy, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS and Stroke. Note: these shirts are not appropriate for anyone who has a pacemaker because of the magnets. Easy Closure - Secured with Hidden Magnets; Quality Material - Breathable and Wrinkle-Resistant 100% Oxford Cotton; Magnets are strong enough to stay closed when you want and easy to open when you need them to. The back has an inverted pleat for fort and room to move. Shirt tail is long enough to stay tucked in and also looks great worn loose. Chest pocket. These would be great for someone who is handicapped, disabled or an elderly senior who still wants to have independence in dressing. Magnet buttons are machine washable but it is better to close the fasteners in the dryer. "
