It features over 3100 sq feet of space, fully equipped kitchen, 3 smart TVs, Pool & Ping Pong Tables, and a short drive to Collingwood and Blue Mountains.
Outdoor security system, air conditioning, free WIFI, Deck with Charcoal BBQ, Pool Table, 3 parking spots.
The cottage sleeps 10-12 people.
No private parties (prom, high school grad events) are permitted. Please do not try to book this cottage for your high school graduate. We have high-quality security system in place and don't allow underage drinking parties /youth events.

We provide bedding and bath towels, pillows, blankets, hand soap, hair dryer, all paper essentials.
The property is very spacious and has an open concept kitchen and living area. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor. A separate bathroom is available on each level. We have a pool table, a tennis table, electric piano, board games, etc. The property provides 4 season family vacation destination and is well-maintained (snow removal, yard maintenance is in place).
