The Fulford Maid (BC320074 Victoria BC) is a beautiful 40' wood trawler liveaboard conversion originally built in 1964. Complete Rebuilt 1999. Former Flag Ship for Comox Yacht Club. Forward single berth cabin sleeping and rear cabin seating/sleep/lounge area. Tons of kitchen space and storage, Navigation Desk and pantry. All up to date original maintenance records and operating manual's available 67-present. Just back from 6 weeks off grid inside passage trip.

60 Gal Holding Tank, 2 200gal fresh filtering water tanks. 40' L / 12' Beam / 5'3 Draft / 9.5 tons Cruising Speed 6 knots / Max 12 knots. Dual 200 Gallon Diesel Fuel Tanks (400Gals total) 3 gals per hour at 6knots (fuel consumption) Dipstick measure system. Fresh water 400 US Gallon in 2 new steel tanks stored undercover and well maintained
Double Zinc coated every 5 years below water line Whole Top Vessel sealed and Bonded July 2020 (all decks and wood sealed with fiberglass overlay) Beautiful Oiled Cherry mahogany and oak interior. Repainted and sealed under hull with Double Zinc undercoat July 2021
