40' Reefer Containers Purpose Built

Three (3) - 40' foot Reefer Containers Purpose built as processing spaces for Agricultural use. These units all have updated security features, insulated stainless steal walls, electrical, HVAC and can easily be modified to suite your specific situation. Below is a brief break down of each: 1) Reefer C-Can #1; Features a 200amp single phase panel that outfits 10-12 runs of BX wire to 8 electrical outlets, over head lights, a 2-ton split unit heat pump, full intake, and exhaust venting system with multiple control points to control climate and air conditions. Built in Cabinets, stainless steal tables, sink with water filtration system, ice maker and fridge. 2) Reefer C-Can #2; Features a 100amp single phase panel that outfits lights, plugs, portable A/C units and venting systems. This unit is split to provide secure storage and office space. 3) Reefer C-Can #3; Featuring 200amp single phase panel that outfits 10 runs of BX to multiple outlets that can support various kinds of lab and processing equipment, overhead lights, portable A/C units and full HVAC es with heavy duty racks, stainless steal tables or e empty.
