33-foot 5th Wheel with roof

Permanent roof on a 5th Wheel, not for highway use. Can be towed to location. More photos available via text. No leaks whatsoever since installing roof despite Trailer being in Rainy Hope. 33 feet long. Non-smoking. Sleeps 2. LOTS of storage. New electric fridge just before Covid hit. The stove works perfectly. We've stayed in there during the ice storm in January of 2015 and with two heat disks found it quite bearable!! We have never bothered to fire up the hot water, just boiled water for dishes, and showered elsewhere. Buyer responsible for having propane heater checked. We love the unit, but due change in circumstances we won't be needing unit. Perfect unit for someone who wants it for a "guest cabin." GVW is around 9,000 lbs. Can't remember exactly. When we moved it, we rented someone's 3500 truck, so we don't have a vehicle to tow it. Buyer would be responsible for renting tow vehicle.
