30' Fifth Wheel RV - Homesteading/Oilfield

This 30' Signature Thor Fifth wheel is used but is in functional and clean condition yet will still require some fixing in certain parts. We lived in it for last 4-5 years while we were building a house. So would be best used for someone doing the same or a worker needing a livable space while out on work sites.
RV Has been blocked up, supported on frame so it was not weighted down on its suspension. Has one new tire (200kms on it)
We built a porch on door side of RV that had wood stove in it. (wood stove and porch not included) With another shed built on other side hosting our large water tank. We never used the clean water hold of the RV. Our first end of winter into spring we used the propane heater but it hasn't been used for the vast majority of our ownership, so it is in working condition.
This RV has some insulated and Heat traced plumbing. Heat trace cords are in working order as of fall 2021. Couple lines e with RV since they wrap around kitchen plumbing and move up into RV and around hot water tank. Hot water tank is in working order. Kitchen drain line has been cut and we ran a single hose into the bush to eliminate using the grey water tank.
Sewer plumbing is snake wrapped and heat traced as well and e with it unless you prefer to redo yourself. Bottom of Black water tank is also heat traced.
Cold and hot water lines are insulated wrapped, and heat traced. Never had a problem with these lines freezing.
There was a Leak on roof, we found the tears in roof covering and siliconed them. It put a stop to the leak for now but will probably need a further fix up but not immediate. No other leaks in roof happened or noticed on any other part of RV.
- New toilet was installed when we bought. - newer vinyl flooring (not perfect) replaced most carpet in RV. -Slide out works - AC unit works but we haven't used since we bought it. Cover of AC unit will need replacing at some point. - Fan works - Great shower, tall enough for someone over 6ft. - Microwave works, we never used it though preferred stove top heating. - 3 Burner Gas Stove and Oven works. - Fridge doesn't work, we never looked into what went wrong just put in apartment sized fridge in and used RV fridge as a pantry. - replaced the vanity and Kitchen sink faucets and shower hose and head are newer as well. -plenty of storage -Unfurnished.
