Nature lovers will enjoy the peace and quiet. The large back yard is great for entertaining, with a fully enclosed and screened gazebo, with ceiling fan, outdoor speakers and plenty of seating. Steps away we have a hot tub (installed in 2021). The property is lined with tall trees, and very private. We see a lot of wildlife, as we back onto conversation land. We have a variety of wild birds e to the feeders, and will often see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife walking around in the back, which we can observe from fort of the gazebo
Our home features hardwood flooring throughout (no carpet anywhere), and tiled entrance, kitchen and bathrooms. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as leather furniture with a reclining sofa and a 55" smart TV. The living room is attached to a dining room and the open concept gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a plenty of cupboard space, and granite countertops with bar seating and lots of room to entertain. All the appliances are stainless steel, and the refrigerator has a built in water and ice maker. The stove has a dual oven and ceramic cook top. The es fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of pots and pans. The main bathroom has heated floors, double sinks, plenty of storage and a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, and massage jets. Large master bedroom with ample closet room. Large screen 47” in main bedroom. 2 other rooms make up the remainder of the main floor. The basement is mostly finished, with tiled floors throughout. There is a washer & dryer in the basement laundry room, and a door accessing the attached garage. There is a wood stove that is great for heating in the colder days (must be willing to handle, stack wood for use in the wood stove &; fire place). We will help walk you through any information needed for the use of wood burning units. The home also has central heating and A/C. There is plenty of parking in the laneway, and a gravel road on the side with a gate leading to the backyard- so you can park your toys. The attached garage has plenty of space even with a car int here with an automatic garage door opener.
Our ideal tenants are working, mature, quiet, respectful individuals or a couple. House is furnished, bring your own furniture pliment the space.
