Fully outfitted with freshly laundered sheets, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Eat in kitchen, LED TVs in living room and master bdrm with Netflix and high speed wifi. Master bedroom 1 Queen bed, 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 72x30 inch bunk beds each. Large deck with patio set, BBQ, fire pit in back yard. Large back yard for pitching a tent. Must be a family or couples over 30 years old to rent. Pet Penalty $100/day. $50 discount if you bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. COVID-19 sanitizing protocols All fabrics and hand touchable surfaces have been sanitized using disinfecting chemicals and alcohol spray. All beds are disinfected for you. Cleaning and disinfecting products are available in the cottage. We have Airbnb Superhost status and Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. Jerry Kalicak, Diablo Properties Inc.
