Up the wood stairs to the upper level which boasts a large 4 piece bathroom, 3rd bedroom, gorgeous country kitchen open to the generous living room with cathedral ceilings. This 4-season cottage/home boasts barn board walls, hardwood floors, wood railing, wood counter tops, upgraded cabinetry and more.

Spectacular sunsets, Lots of Privacy (14 foot hedge with fence both sides as well as canal on south side). On a point, protected docking from wind as well as 35 foot dock and 200 squarefoot platform at end of dock. Great fishing, swimming and boating. Many golf courses nearbye. Free public boat launch less than 1km away. Clear hard bottom swimming. Perch and sunfish almost every cast off the dock in the summer months. You will not be disappointed. 2 kayaks, pedal boat with oar and lifejackets provided. Fire pit on lake side. Weber BBQ. Cottage is 20 feet from water so you are literally on the lake. Spectacular sunsets all year around.
