23' Walk-Around Covered Sport Fishing Boat

1990 Sunbird SWL 226 Walk-Around Cruiser. SWL means saltwater line model. Transport Canada Approved including stability test. Purchased new by me from Island Outboard.
Yamaha 250 HP four stroke outboard 2014 model installed in 2015 with a four-bladed stainless offshore prop. The engine has 950 hours on it and has been well maintained.
Yamaha 9.9 HP High Thrust with hydraulic tilt 2022 model with zero hours on it and has a 4-Year warranty.
S-Bar furnace which runs on kerosene

Note: This boat is well built, and I had Ocean Pacific weighed it when they lifted it out of the water for maintenance and it weighed in at a whopping 6,000 lbs. which is very heavy for a 23’ boat.
