All electric, no propane. Excellent condition. 1000W solar system (5 panels on roof). Electric stabilizers and Jack. Excellent for parks or off-grid camping. Murphy bed/couch. Bunk beds. Approx. 21’ with hitch. Great little family camper. We have upgraded to a larger camper so this unit is priced to sell. Original list price when we bought it last year was $48,900. Trailer is in heated storage currently. Easy to pull out for showing. Pictures are from when we bought it t new. Trailer is in the same condition now as it was then.
