Selling as we have inherited a cottage. Purchased in June 2021 it was on a seasonal lot for the summer in St. Martins and we were only able to use it 4 times in 2022 due to circumstances. This camper is in immaculate condition. Everything works as it should and we have had 0 issues. We added a 3" memory foam topper to the bed for fort. It has an electric tongue jack for ease of hook-up. There are scissors blocks for between the dual tires to keep the camper from moving when set up. IMO these work much better than wheel chocks. Everything necessary for water and sewer hook-up is included. The fridge runs off electricity and propane so no extra propane needed when camping with electrical hook-up. Tinted windows all around and the pull-down accordion shades work perfect. Also included for the tow vehicle is the Weight Distribution/Anti-Sway trailer hitch to haul the camper. This camper is marketed as a couple's camper but would be suitable for 1-2 small children along as well. Both the couch and the table convert into beds. Please contact via phone or email. revedotis@
