This rare Porsche 981 GT4 (1 of 2500 ever made) has a transferable Porsche Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty expiring end of May 2023 (unlimited mileage). I purchased this car from a Porsche dealer in the GTA in May 2021 and I am now testing the waters to gauge interest; I am not desperate to sell and will gladly keep the car if I change my mind.

I am the second owner, a long-time PCA member. This is my 4th Porsche, having owned 3 other 911s. Previous owner is a well-known Canadian actor and Porsche enthusiast. The car has never seen snow. This is a Canadian spec and Canadian delivered car (never registered in United States). Maintenance records are included which includes Pirelli Porsche N-Spec tires. Car has only 25,500km but in spite of this low mileage still had the “60,000km Service” done at a Porsche dealer in May 2021 which included new fluids, cabin and air filters, spark plugs, serpentine belt, alignment, etc. This was part of the Certified Pre-Owned experience which included a 111 point inspection. The car does not need a thing. Zero over-revs with printout from Porsche to prove.

Has NEVER seen the track, nor modified, and never abused. Front bumper, fenders, and hood have XPEL PPF. Paint is clear with no dents or door dings. Extremely clean car that’s never been wrapped, tracked, abused, nor smoked in. Also, the front chin spoiler was replaced due to normal wear (the unpainted lip at the bottom of the bumper cover).

Note: Rear bumper cover has been refinished by Pfaff Autoworks in 2017 due to minor parking lot incident. Bill to prove minor work and $0 insurance claim. All service documentation including Carfax and VIN available for prospective buyer in person, no exceptions. Clean title. Remember, this car was sold as a CPO car in May 2021 with full warranty until May 2023, having passed stringent Porsche Canada inspection.
