This may be the best muting car you will ever own. Despite having AWD to get you up any winter hill, the highway fuel consumption is only 6.5L/100km. The engine was recently replaced by Babe's Auto and has only 48,000 km on it.

Maintenance/Mechanical: - Full used car inspection by Downtown Auto in Nelson in 2021. Passed with flying colours, -Full brake replacement (calipers, rotors & pads) for all four wheels, bushings replaced and suspension and steering inspected by Downtown Auto (~$4,000) Jun 2022, -New front bumper installed Feb 2023, -New engine with 48,000km installed Mar 2023. (Not an engineering/design problem), -Carfax report (available here: ?s_id=c-1%7Cp-5%7Cmt-10%7C&partner=VHU_G&et_id=6035999) shows no issues, -Will make available all service records and inspections, -Absolutely no mechanical issues.

Not so good: -Crack in the windshield didn't bother us, but we can negotiate a repair. -The driver's seat heater not working (I'll check the fuse). -Scuffs on armrests.

Features: -Summer and winter tires, both on alloy rims, -Factory aero bars, -Tow hitch & 4-pin connector, -Rubber rear seat back (not shown in photos) -Block heater, -Bluetooth connectivity, -5-spd manual.

Why this car may be the pinnacle of the automotive industry: -6.5L/100km hwy for an AWD is amazing, -The interior & exterior design (this is why I will only buy Subaru for the rest of my life), -Seamless AWD all the time, we have never been stuck, -No silly, distracting & expensive screens.

We love this car and think you will too. We're both in engineering, so nothing but perfect mechanical operation and impeccable user design is acceptable for us, and this car hit the nail on the head.

If you've never driven a Subaru of this era, give it a test drive to see why I'm so impressed with this car. If you have, then you know what I'm talking about.

The price is based on similar Imprezas listed on autotrader.ca, though is OBO. Located in Nelson but drive to Castlgar daily so we can get it out there if that's convenient.
