For sale is my camper van I've been building out myself. Unfortunately, life is changing for me and the van won't suit my needs anymore. As an engineer I've done loads of research and gotten professional input for all the important pieces of the project to make sure everything functions perfectly.
Interior Spray foam insulation. Rigid foam insulation between studs. Reflectix vapor barrier. Stays warm even at -40C! 3 front seats, which all swivel back to create a sectional with the rear bench. Sleeps extra fortably. Lagun Table mount. Fixed double bed with closet storage beside. Removable ladder included to make climbing up easier. Sliding dog gate to keep the pups inside while the door is open.

Water/Kitchen 115L fresh water storage 5gal. water heater Multiple valves to easily drain, isolate and winterize system. Extra large sink with recess for cutting board and colander Grey water (aquatainers) underneath sink. Room for 2 with quick connects. Quick hose connection in the rear to wash gear. Extra freshwater pump and tank can be included for winter use (easier to winterize as a weekender) Dometic CFX75 fridge freezer
Electrical 150aH 12V CanBatt LiFePO4 battery Full Victron system (360W solar, 30A DCDC charger, 3000W inverter/charger) Without driving or solar, battery lasts ~7 days in the winter. Solar panel is industrial grade and extremely efficient, unlimited battery usage in the Summer with moderate-high electrical demands. Wires and fuses upsized to modate up to 300aH.
Other One Diesel heater installed in the front connected to the vehicle fuel tank Another diesel heater underneath the van connected to a separate fuel tank to dry off gear and keep water system warm/thawed. Dryflush toilet (odor and mess free). Stored where the shower system should go (pleted yet) Pullout garbage and recycling underneath sink Maxx Air Fan installed above stove Gimbal fan for air flow to the bed Heated floors Projector system to watch from the front seats when swiveled or the bed.
Items still needing to be finished finish shower system paint walls and cabinets couple panels to finish installing (can be done prior to sale) wire back up camera
As for the condition of the van itself, there's still plenty of life left. items that are notable to mention: There is some rust starting to show around the paint job that was done. There's much less than a Sprinter of this age sure to being repainted. Someone slid into the driver side door this winter, so there is some purely cosmetic damage.
The engine is in great shape, I had the entire DEF system replaced under warranty/recall Transmission fluid, rear differential fluid, and a fuel injector was recently replaced. I change the oil myself on or before schedule.
The Van e with either Nokian HakLT3 winter tires or Toyo Open Country Tires Getting most of these options would run you double or triple the asking price for a professional build.
