2011 - 29' Caliber trailer with seasonal site

Trailer is in great shape, very well taken care of. Exterior seals usually checked at beginning of every season. Trailer stays with the seasonal site. This years fees are included in price. It is 29' Caliber trailer, one slide out, sleeps 4, queen size bed and pull out couch with air mattress, but also has a extra mattress you can use on floor to sleep more. 19' tv, vacuum, any pots, pans or utensils can be left with it if needed. Has lots of Cupboard space for storage. Fan/heater can be included. New vent covers in livingroom and bathroom installed last season. It will also include a fenced in deck, shed, extra fridge in shed, electric lawnmower, weed wacker, BBQ, portable stove/oven, (we never cooked inside) with a propane tank, outdoor chairs, picnic table with umbrella and rug. Has a tree for some nice shade. It is at Lakeside campground just outside of Wheatley. Season starts May 1st and closes mid Oct. Park has a beautiful beach, mostly adult oriented, not many kids. Water, power, septic included in your yearly seasonal fee. Park has free wifi. Plenty of parking available, no parking alowed on sites. They have a coin operated laundry room. Bathrooms and showers close to site. Owners are awesome. Usual seasonal fees are around $3,600. Asking $27,500. More images and detailed trailer specs available upon request.
