2010 Honda accord 5 speed manual

I’m selling my 2010 accord coupe manual with the 2.4L (k24). It has 197xxx kms on it and will be rising as it’s my daily. Reason for selling is because I bought it to just drive it through the winter but don’t have room to store it when I get my other car out of storage. It’s a great car but definitely has its flaws. Has the premium sounds system and runs great. I drove it 140kms everyday. And it is super reliable. Has been oil sprayed it’s whole life and the underneath is solid. should pass safety with no work. Had it safetied a few months ago. I like to be super transparent when selling a car so the problems it has are -rust on inner fender wells on rear and some on the rockers. And a bit starting in the door jams. -a slight shake under moderate to heavy acceleration (common on these cars). -has a leaky valve cover gasket so I have been topping up the oil every few takes of gas to keep it right at the top of dipstick. (Full synthetic) common around this mileage on these cars. Would be a cheap fix I just haven’t had time with work and school. -paint has started flaking on the rear right pillar and rear quarter and a bit on the bumper where there was once duct tape. -some interior wear on the driver door and shift boot. Can send more pics. Other then that it’s a solid car and will last forever with proper maintenance. I change the oil with synthetic every 5000kms. $5300 obo. A/C works. Has OEM sub.
