Work Since Owned with paperwork: - Aug 11, 2022 - Replaced Break Shoes/Pads & Front Rotors - Nov 01, 2022 - Replaced Coolant Reservoir & Coolant - Feb 02, 2023 - New Battery w/ Warranty - Feb 14, 2023 - Last Oil Change (~1000k ago)

Purchased from Auto House in NE Calgary May 2022.

Vehicle has a couple of rust spots as pictured and a dent in the front fender which might be able to be popped out. Interior is in good condition, some minor wear for its age but it always pliments from passengers.

AWD works perfectly, never got stuck or slid out in winter. Currently on Winter tires. fortable car in all seasons.

Engine has been very reliable with lots of power and passed a block test in Nov 2022. There is a check engine code which hasn'e on for awhile but sometimes pops up, which is P0406 - Replacement of EGR Valve ($150 Part), and a constant code B1B02 - Replace steering wheel clock spring (Airbag). The clock spring part is cheap but needs to be done at a dealership because it is part of the airbag system and isn't safe to do yourself. Any test drives must acknowledge the driver airbag will not deploy until this is replaced.
