2009 Honda Civic Manual Transmission CLEAN TITLE

This car is mechanically perfect however the exterior paint is not in the best condition. The usual paint fade for this year/model as well as some rust spots (shown in pictures). Full leather interior, drivers side window arm rest is worn out and torn. Everything else is mint. Car is EXCELLENT on gas and is extremely low maintenance. CLUTCH IS BRAND NEW! Spent 1300$ on getting it replaced, and have not driven it since!! On winter wheels / rims right now es with a separate summer tires and rims!

FIRM on price. Do not waste your time trying to negotiate. I have looked at other civics at this price range, year, mileage and in better or worse conditions. I have set it at this price to avoid any time for negotiation. 5k is my bottom bottom dollar. Not 2500, not 3500, not 4500 not 4800. I’m not taking anything below 5500k. Please do not waste both of our times. Mechanically this car is in mint condition. The exterior is the only downfall of this car.
