2009 Acura MDX good interior, all major services done and plenty of parts changed out.

I’m the third owner, owned it for the past 60k km, regulator full synthetic oil, spark plugs, all air and fuel filters, front control arms, full shocks and springs replaced all around, full breaks and rotators, including new reset calipers, water pump and serpentine bels ( major service here), 1 season old winter and high end all reason (and winter rated) tires on two separate set of alloy Acura rims, life time warranty U-haul installed 2” hitch and wiring (5000lbs towing capacity), always used premium fuel ( tried regular one and there is no point, runs so much better with premium and much better gas mileage). Completed fluid change, including the transmission and rear differential. Roof rack. Heated seats, front and back. Upgraded heavy duty rear springs.

Has some cosmetic and rust spots in a coupon of spots. Not particularly very noticeable but it’s there. I have rust proofing done sprayed every 6 months - to help prevent corrosion from spreading.

Very clean engine bay, no leaks, heats up fast and AC blows cold. The front pumper has been painted and a bit of paid it peeling off.

- Emissions sometimes turns on on off since I got it - has been checked - been told there are no major issues and could just be a sensor fault es on and off. Have not bothered as the vehicle runs just fine.

- Right side bottom Daylight Running Light and one of the right front turn signals ( there are two front right turn signals) is faulty. Have had it checked and been told it’s a relay under the dash needs changing.

Won’t need anything mechanical for safety and don’t imagine it having any issues for another 80-100k kms.

Don’t haggle - similar cars are $10k plus. The price reflects some of the imperfections that when you spent a bit of time, if you care to, will easily be taken and give you value.
