2008 Timber Lodge Sky King. 33 ft long with 20ft extra large slide. Includes the following: - a KING size bed master suite with lots of storage at the front - Hide-a-bed futon couch - U-shaped dinette (converts to bed) - Secret bar - Extra large bathroom with lots of storage - Loft bed (8' x 10') = lots of space for kids - Can sleep 10-12 people - Has dual fridge (auto mode for electric or propane) - Water heater only works on propane (there is an option for electric, but would need to look into fixing it) - water pump worked last summer -- unit is winterized. - Furnace is propane floor vents - AC in roof works - Roof has been recently sealed - Updated vinyl plank flooring - 2 x 30lb propane tanks - RV battery Specs in images. Camper will be available to view first weekend in May. It is located just north of Big River. It is a really nice unit and well cared for. Our family (especially our kids) have loved this trailer. But no longer need it. Asking $15000.
