This is an almost fully reconditioned 2007 Freightliner Classic. This truck will outlast most of newer trucks that are being built today at a fraction of the price. The frame was stripped down, with crossmembers removed, Sandblasted and painted frame rails. We also painted the channels under the cab to the bunk. Stripped and painted fuel tanks. We ripped out the flooring, installed new insulation, then installed waterproof vinyl plank flooring throughout the cab and bunk. Good tires and rims all around. 5th Wheel has only a few months use on it.
New Parts : ► Brake shoes, drums, wheel seals, brake s-camshafts + bushings, slack adjusters & brake chambers for ALL 6 wheels ► All suspension air bags and bunk air bags ► All suspension shocks & bunk shocks ► Suspension and cab levelling valves ► All quick release valves, steer ABS valves & 3-in-1 rear ABS valve ► All new air lines and plumbing to valves/chambers ► Both Steer axle king pins replaced ► All wiper linkages, arms, blades & wiper motor ► Both diff torque rods ► All 4 batteries with CAT 825 CCA batteries and Master disconnect kill switch ► 3-in-1 wrapped 12ft trailer cord assembly (Techtran) ► Chrome bumper, Chrome 6" exhaust stacks, chrome exhaust elbows & new mufflers with new isolators ► Turbo exhaust S-pipe and flex pipe ► Stainless blank cowl panels, stainless under the cab & under the bunk blank panels ► New lock set for driver's door, passenger door, partment doors and ignition ► New legacy silver black leather drivers side seat ► All new LED lights all around, junction box for the rear tail lights ► JW Speaker Heated LED Low beam headlights ► Visor lights are all led 3/4" lights with no butt connection, each light has a weather pack connector ► New vent windows for both sides ► All new A/C system for Cab & Bunk (lines, evaporators, expansion valves etc...) ► Fuel sending unit ► New wood trim 18" Steering wheel ► Delco Remy alternator with new pulley ► All new belts ► Stainless mudflap hangars, will install Stainless quarter fenders for front drives. ► New Webasto bunk heater and engine heater ► Both diff oils replaced with SYN 75W90 ► Transmission oil replaced with 50W SYN ► Engine oil change with Rotella Triple Protection 15W40 with all new fleetguard filters ► Flushed out cooling system with restore flush agent. Refilled with premix 50/50 red coolant.
Engine, Trans & Diff Info:
► Detroit Series 60 14.0L : 1.9 Million km showing on Dash, customer who I bought the truck from said that the previous owner had it rebuilt at 1 million km. However I was never provided any paperwork so take that as a grain of salt. I however did a tune up, set all the valves, injectors & jakes and it looked good from what I could see.
**** In consideration due to the lack of engine rebuild paperwork. I will sell this truck with an agreement that if the buyer needs, or wants to do a rebuild within a year from the bill of sale, then the buyer will only have to pay the cost of the parts and supplies for the rebuild, NO LABOUR ****

► Both differentials 3.73 Ratio, No known history. No metal pieces when oil was drained and replaced
Selling with emissions and safetied by Highgate Truck Repairs,1 year warranty on any new parts installed from the list of new parts, and 1 year no labour engine rebuild agreement.
