2007 328i bmw rwd

Looking to trade my manual 6 speed 328i for either a Mazda speed 3 or anything rwd manual, this car has 255k currently but is all highway as I drive from London to Chatham 6 times a week for work, it is on coilovers still has helper springs in it so can go about another 2” lower, it has Catless headers with a full straight pipe exhaust so the engine light is on due to the 02 sensors, I have a new ecu if you’d like to do whatever tuning with it as you please just spend 300$ on it, just did all maintenance oilchange breaks spark plugs coil packs about 500km ago so still all brand new rear tires need to be balanced again as I just put 4 brand new tires on but did balance the fronts just need to rears done, car is sitting on m5 e60 rims will climb in kms as it is my daily no big issues with the car it runs drives stops gets you anywhere you need to go but it is also a static car so it runs here and there in the wheel wells from it being lowered, only thing it needs for a safety is a stock exhaust since there is no cats muffler or res in the car so it is very loud with the headers and does backfire like gunshots it’ll spit flames too if it’s nice out and not cold, car was never in a accident or anything no rust on the car either other then small bolts here and there underneath the car
