Just over 200 square feet of living space. 35’ 6” bumper to bumper cat 3126 (engine) 419xxx ish kms *Has upgraded oil lines* Hydraulic brakes (no special license needed) mercial inspection sticker was valid until just after I purchased it I’ve driven it in as cold as -20 and as hot as +35, without issue. Tires all have lots of life left Exterior walls all framed Bed frame is sheeted and fits a king mattress Floor is a custom poly aspartic (UV stable)coating with holographic glitter I have extra block heater,a set of cabinets, a wood stove, a kerosene heater, vinyl flooring for a bathroom, potentially some other building supplies, and more goodies I’m forgetting. The only mechanical issue I know of is a faulty oil pressure sensor (it’s a dash light es on and beeps at low revs) but does not affect driving at all
