2000 Springdale Trailer 38ft - Massive RV with shower and tub!

We're a family of 5 with 3 very young children who bought this trailer and never got around to using it. We've had it for nearly 2 years and need to get rid of it. It's located in Fraserwood, so it's a bit out of the way but it's a good find for sure.
It's massive, 38ft long and with a HUGE slide-out, it's one of the biggest trailers you can get. As a bonus, it also has one of the biggest bathrooms as well, a tub, and a shower! And a Crazy amount of storage.
A small piece of floor vinyl is damaged, which is basically the biggest cosmetic issue with it.
5 beds - two twins, - a queen - two fold-down beds - There's room for a pullout couch to sleep more.
Completely rust-free underbody - new tires - new battery - new propane tanks - new fridge - new roof seal job - A/C and furnace work great - Huge bathroom!
