2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (Parts or Project)

I'm selling my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I've had this car for 12 years, and it's been a great vehicle. Unfortunately, its age is catching up to it and I can no longer reasonably afford the upkeep for it.
The air conditioning needs to be fixed, the engine light is on, the passenger tail light assembly needs to be replaced, the rail for the driver's side seat is broken and the seat sits loosely, it needs new power steering lines and it occasionally has trouble starting in addition to some cosmetic damage.
The 4.7L V8 engine runs fine and has never really had any issues, and it's never had any transmission issues. It's been in one accident, that you can still see the damage from in the pictures showing the front of the vehicle. It has aftermarket headlights, tail lights, and an aftermarket sound system, as well as 3 different sets of rims; one for summer (with some missing allen bolts), one for winter, and the set of rims that initially came with the vehicle. I have all of the stock parts for the sound system, the headlights, as well as the tail lights (which can be used for the repairs needed for the passenger tail light).
It's certainly seen better days, but there's lots of parts on the vehicle that are still in good condition, and I'm sure that anyone looking for a project car would love working on this car and getting back into top shape.
With all the extra parts as well as its current condition taken into account, I'm looking for $1,500.00.
