This guitar is in great shape after over 30 years. No issues. Everything original. Straight neck with nice low action Comfortable grip, not too fat, not too thin. No major fretwear Original bridge is sound Adequate saddle
Because it is maple it is a bit brighter than rosewood or mahogany bodied dreadnoughts but in a good way. The sound is very even and pleasant to my ears. Plenty loud and full. Not everyone likes the sound of a maple guitar but this is a good one and I have to think it has mellowed over 30 years.
In the studio I used it when double tracking acoustic guitars left and right — paired with another acoustic with a deeper low end and it made a great blend. But it’s nice on its own. And looks good too!
