1989 Yamaha Phazer, 6359mi, modified, skidoo skid, skidoo studded track and skidoo plastic skis, Mikuni TM38 flat slide with pod filters, one very short season (about 250km) on a new crankshaft (from cv tech), new bore and new pistons, new bore (0mi)(from the machine shop on the north side), AAEN pipe, AAEN clutch spring (4250rpm engagement, 8000rpm top rpm), AAEN EGT gauge, light port job, Boyeson reed valves, Not fine tuned since new pistons on new bore, I just put a bigger main jet to start with. Will include some main jets and pilot jets for fine tuning. Just prepare the sled for the season: Carbs cleaned, fuel tank emptied and filled with fresh gas, all new Tygon fuel line, including gas tank and pump and pulse, new battery. It has electric start, no reverse. One season on a new stator and ignition coil, new belt and + one spare new belt, new spark plugs. … a lot of money put in this beast! Not trailer queen, built to be used. Running on original injection oil pump, but it could be disconnected in seconds to run premix. The skid conversion was done many years ago by the previous owner, he did a great job! I live in the city and have no place to run it, no time to trailer it during weekends, not even used once last winter…anyway great sled for the price. Registered under my name and valid until 2024.
