Outboard is a short shaft and is fully rebuilt with about 5hours break in and runs great. Powerhead has new pistons and rings, new crank/rod bearings, new crank seals, new reeds, new coils, new spark plugs, new carb kit, etc. Lower unit is also fully rebuilt with all new bearings and seals, new waterpump, fresh mercury high performance gear lube. Can be seen running. Gas tank not included. $2200 will also consider your old trade in motor
