I'm selling my 1981 Vantage VP-795.
I have had this guitar since 1981 and it is in great condition... a few dings but cosmetically looks great.
This is a solid body set neck guitar. The body is mahogany with a maple centre and 2 walnut stripes. It has a rosewood fingerboard with a brass nut, and 2 Vantage 450 humbucking pickups.
It has 2 volume control and 1 tone black plastic control speed knobs, 1 coil switch, 1 phase switch and 1 pickup selector switch.
Made in the famous Matsumoku factory, this is an extremely well-crafted, well built beautiful guitar. It is very versatile, and it plays and sounds great. Low, fast action and the keys and custom engineered pickups are outstanding.
It is all original es with the original case which is also in very good shape.
If you are familiar with Vantage guitars (particularly the set neck models) then you already know how cool this is.
