197cc ATV

I have an ATV with a 197cc Lifan engine. Its a 4 speed+reverse manual transmission. When I bought it I was told it was a 2008 Gio ATV, but I don't know for sure. It goes pretty fast (doesn't have a speedo so I don't know the exact speed, but on 4th gear it rips). Located in midtown Toronto.
What I did recently: - Replaced the rear shock (24", I believe) - Spray painted it
Relevant info: - Plastics aren't in amazing condition - Doesn't have lights - Front left tire has a slow leak - The seat isn't the original seat, so its a bit off - The brakes are a bit squishy - it doesn't stop right away
Work it needs: - I am in middle of installing a speedometer and voltameter - I took of the old webbing (where your feet rest), and am in middle of replacing it
It currently turns over, but does not run, I believe it needs a carb and/or spark plug clean, as it ran perfectly well before I put it away for the winter. Just hadn't had the time to do it yet, but if I do it I'll update the ad.
