The Continental Mark V is a personal luxury coupe that was marketed by the Lincoln division of Ford Motor Company from the 1977 to 1979 model years in North America. Introduced as the successor to the Continental Mark IV, the Mark V brought an extensive update to both the interior and exterior design. This 1979 Lincoln Mark V is just 1 of 2,040 that were painted white. This Lincoln is well equipped with a Quadrsonic 8-track stereo/radio, and the full gamut of power features. These features include power steering, brakes, locks, windows, seats. Has air conditioning & cruise control and optional factory fully operational sunroof/moonroof and optional factory Gold turbine finned wheels. All of these cars featured a 400 CID V8, and with just 51,839 kilometers it should be good for many more pleasurable kilometers. This Mark V has the largest engine option available for that year a V8-400 CID, 2 Barrel. It runs great and is the drivetrain is strong and this 1979 Lincoln is ready for Summer's Cruising. The engine bay is in stock condition with all of the original paint markings, decals and finishes in place. This Lincoln features a White exterior which is the original paint and the original vinyl landau. All of the exterior trim grille, bumpers, hood ornament, emblems are in very condition for their age. The original interior has no noticeable signs of aging, no wear marks, no rips, no tears, or odors and owned by a non-smoker. 1979 is the final year for this full size generation of Lincoln's and are collectible.
