1976 Vintage Boler Trailer/Camper (1300)

We are considering selling our 1976 Vintage 13' Boler Trailer/Camper (1300). This is a beauty and restored most of it within the last few years (new professional paint job, new tires, new spare tire, new spare tire cover, newer moon wheel covers, new foam cushions, new premium vinyl flooring, updated wiring with outdoor plug in, counter, table, closet shelving, newer cabinet doors, new roof vent, new 4 flat wiring connection, etc). The stove is not hooked up...it's original and we don't feel fortable using it. The sink is installed, but not hooked up...we cook and clean outside while using the trailer. Has the original water tank, but have never tried using it and have removed all piping for it (it was old and brittle).
We love this trailer and have used it for the last 7 years or so and have loved every moment of it. We own a property in the Haliburton area and are looking to build a home now and are considering the sale of the Boler.
Trailer sleeps up to 4 (ideally 2 adults and 2 children). The main bed is about the size of a double bed, the couch doubles as a bunk bed with included posts...upper bunk should not exceed 100 pounds safely. My wife, son and I have no issues sleeping in this trailer at all. My son sleeps on the couch and is 6 foot tall and about 160 pounds.
This is a great little trailer able to pull with virtually any car that can pull. Loaded the trailer weights about 1200 pounds, unloaded about 900 pounds.
We have used this trailer in the Spring, Summer, Fall and twice in the Winter. Winter camps were done at the Pinery in Grand Bend with a serviced lot...the camper is insulated, but does get cold in the Winter...with a little space heater, it does the job to get the edge off the Winter chill.

We are considering the sale @ $18,750.
We will be including the extra fabric (curtains and cushion fabric), all LED battery powered interior lights, exterior LED battery powered motion light, jack stands, wheel chalks, 2 additional Boler logos (bought on eBay), trailer tongue locks with Reese receiver lock, original cabinet door with information on the trailer and whatever else we can find as well. We have the propane brackets for the tongue, as well as left over paint for interior walls and cabinets (it's old paint, but good for touch ups). We have the original owners manual as well with a number of ads, etc about the Boler.
We CAN include at additional cost (bedding - sheets, duvet, pillows, etc...all in excellent condition), cutlery, complete set of plates, bowls and cups, etc (used very little since we purchased). We also have a set of low weight pots and pan (Bought at MEC). I can include a small tool box and all additional parts (running light covers, extra bolts, screws, etc).
