1975 K5 Convertible
Description : 18 Mar, 2023
Selling my 75 K5. Frame was stripped, sandblasted, then coated with POR15. Body is 100% rust free, was rotisserie built with all new sheet metal. Currently is epoxy sealer. Motor is a 406 SBC (rebuilt), mild cam, iron heads, Herman headers, Flowmaster 40’s, Edelbrock intake/carb, electic fuel pump and fan. TH350 transmission, rebuilt with 1800 stall converter and shift improver kit. NP208 transfer case. Driveshaft (matched to the 8" Superlift) rebuilt with double cardan joint. 8 inch superlift (all spring) 39.5" tires on 20" HELO wheels. 8 point roll cage (not certified) with 5 point harnesses. 80% restored, all the hard work is done. I have 2 sets of OEM convertible doors (rusty skins) and 1 set of aftermarket replacement truck doors (can't buy convertible doors), and the rear seat to include. I do not have the OEM fiberglass top as it was shot and I was planning on having a soft top made. Registered and driven here in Ontario. VERY fun to drive. Currently in winter storage in Kenora.
