1972 MGB Roadster Convertible $16000
Placing this ad for my dad who is 84 years young. He e to the realization he cannot finish this car – as he is also trying to finish his other hobby car before he “retires.”
If you are looking for a “mid life crisis” vehicle or need that perfect Christmas, Birthday, Graduation gift – look no further. This classic English sports car is all you need.
Needs some final assembly, a wash/wax – perhaps a pine tree air freshener hanging off the rear view mirror. Vehicle is certified and was insured up to August 2022 – however may need to be certified again when it changes hands. [Not sure how that works]
1972 MGB Roadster Convertible Complete strip down, rebuilt and painted British racing green NO rust or body filler Wire wheels New tires and tubes Rebuilt head - 140 pression Standard Transmission – [that 3rd peddle on the left is not a footrest] New ignition wires, plugs and points New brakes, master cylinder All rubber seals replaced Have glass and seals to be installed Rare Fishmouth Grille and hood trim Will need a new battery – I suggest two batteries because there is a spot for a second battery Will need a radio and speakers because the 8-track system and $5 speakers were taken out
