1971 Silverton 25 PROJECT BOAT

She's got good "bones": the hull is strong, no leaks, and the engine does not smoke, but needs a tuneup and a new starter. With a new starter she is "runnable" as is, but the entire deck is severely rotten and needs to be replaced.
Engine is a Chrysler 360 - don't know the age or hours but it runs fine, but needs new spark plugs and a carb adjustment (maybe the choke?), and last fall the starter failed and needs to be replaced.
Upper and lower helm station both work, but some of the controls (such as the trim tabs) do not. She needs cabin lights (wiring is there), nav lights, etc. She has 2 VHF radios that work but need new antennas, an older depth sounder, and tablet for GPS. 2 newer (2 yr old?) batteries and 45W solar panel with controller.
Back canvas is in good shape, but most of the fasteners on the boat need to be replaced.
Kicker is a 15hp Parson (Yamaha clone) that runs fine.
Replace the deck, replace the starter and tune the engine and you will have a fine old girl!
